Retired Bricks Ltd operates retired-bricks.co.uk. Contact us at info@retired-bricks.co.uk or 4 Houlton Court, Bagshot, GU19 5QQ, United Kingdom.

We use the contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details and messages you provide to process purchases, manage accounts, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries. This processing is necessary to perform a contract or take steps you request before a purchase. We keep records required for accounting and other legal obligations. Security, fraud prevention and essential site administration are based on our legitimate interests in running a safe shop.

Information needed to fulfil your order is handled by our website hosting, payment and delivery providers. Payment details are processed by the payment service selected at checkout. We do not ask you to send card details by email. Providers may process information outside the UK; relevant safeguards and their privacy information apply.

Essential cookies support the basket, checkout, login and security. Google Analytics and Google Ads are used for site measurement and advertising, subject to your consent choices where required. Use the site’s cookie controls to change your preferences. Wishlist and collector features can save information in this browser’s local storage; this information does not automatically transfer to another device. Embedded media may involve a third-party service and its privacy terms.

When account wishlist syncing and stock alerts are available and you choose to use them, saved item references and alert requests are stored against your account. A requested stock alert uses your account email address to send one availability notification, and you can cancel outstanding alerts in My Account. These requests do not reserve stock or subscribe you to a newsletter.

We retain information for the time needed to fulfil its purpose, manage returns and disputes, meet legal record-keeping requirements and protect the service. Account information remains available while the account is maintained. Contact us for details about a particular record or to request deletion.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or transfer of your information and object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updated 12 October 2026.

Who handles your information Retired Bricks Ltd operates retired-bricks.co.uk.
