LEGO Star Wars Flash Speeder (7124) was released in 2000 and is based on the distinctive Naboo security vehicle seen in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. With 106 pieces, this compact vintage set is one of the early LEGO Star Wars models from the original wave of prequel-era releases.

The Flash Speeder features its recognisable green colour scheme, open cockpit and elevated rear-mounted blaster cannon. Its simple yet distinctive design reflects the classic building style of LEGO Star Wars sets from the beginning of the 2000s and captures the appearance of the vehicle used by the Naboo security forces.

The set includes two minifigures – a Naboo Security Guard and a Battle Droid, providing characters from both sides of the conflict. Weapons are also included, allowing scenes from the Battle of Naboo to be recreated.

The Flash Speeder was used by the Royal Naboo Security Forces during the fight to reclaim Theed from the Trade Federation, making it an interesting vehicle from the early days of the Star Wars prequel storyline.

Now retired for more than two decades, Flash Speeder 7124 has strong nostalgic appeal for collectors. Its vintage design, early minifigure styling and connection to The Phantom Menace make it a great addition to any classic LEGO Star Wars or Episode I collection.
