LEGO Star Wars Jabba’s Message (4475) was released in 2003 and is based on scenes from Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. With 44 pieces, this compact vintage set recreates part of the entrance to Jabba the Hutt’s Palace on Tatooine.

The build features a small section of Jabba’s Palace with a large opening entrance door, security details and accessories that help recreate the mysterious atmosphere surrounding the notorious crime lord’s desert stronghold. Although relatively small, the set was designed to connect thematically with other Jabba’s Palace sets released during the same period.

Set 4475 includes three minifigures: C-3PO, Bib Fortuna and a Gamorrean Guard. The character selection is one of the main attractions of the set, particularly for collectors looking to recreate scenes involving Luke Skywalker’s plan to rescue Han Solo from Jabba.

Jabba’s Message can be combined with Jabba’s Prize 4476 and Jabba’s Palace 4480 to create a much larger representation of the palace and its inhabitants.

Now retired for more than two decades, Jabba’s Message 4475 has strong nostalgic appeal. Its early-2000s design, desirable character selection and connection to the wider Jabba’s Palace collection make it an excellent addition for Original Trilogy fans, Tatooine displays and collectors of vintage LEGO Star Wars sets.
