Products and condition

Read the description and item condition before ordering. Used sets may differ from their original retail contents; minifigures, instructions, packaging and completeness must be confirmed in the listing. Ask us before buying if anything is unclear. Any seller condition score is an assessment of the item and is separate from customer reviews. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group; this independent shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Prices, payment and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the order total and delivery charge before payment. Availability can change. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item. Your confirmation email records your order details.

UK delivery

Delivery is £5, with free UK delivery when the qualifying item total reaches £75 after discounts, excluding postage. In-stock orders dispatch within 2 working days. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. See Delivery & Dispatch for details.

Preorders and sourcing

The current preorder and sourcing pages accept enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. Availability, price and timing must be confirmed before a purchase.

Cancellation and returns

See our Returns Policy. For most online goods, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receipt and return them within a further 14 days. When a whole order is cancelled under this right, the standard outward delivery charge is refundable. We may account for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Faulty, misdescribed or damaged goods remain covered by your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Problems with an order

Email us with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve damage or condition queries. Do not post a return until you have received the return instructions.
